This open level vinyasa class is suitable for all level yoga practitioners. From beginner, to advanced, modifications will be offered to step your practice up or down. With focus on proper alignment and breath control, get ready to enjoy a fun class that will leave you stronger, more balanced and feeling good.
This class incorporates slower flowing pose sequencing, to warm up and improve your alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. It offers a chance to get comfortable in your body while doing yoga. Gentle doesn't mean easy, you choose the level of challenge that serves you in each pose. Hatha yoga classes are designed to align, cleanse, calm your mind and body, and are beneficial to all levels, including beginners.
Who doesn't need more stretching! STRETCH focuses on flexing and stretching muscles to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.
The foundation for living a healthy and independent life, mobility comprises all the skills required for everyday living: physical stamina, strength, balance and range of motion. With great mobility, you're able to move functionally and efficiently with little to no restrictions or difficulty. This class will include dynamic stretching, agility exercises, and myofascial releases, with a goal of improving range of motion.
