ALL Level Vinyasa Yoga

This open level vinyasa class is suitable for all level yoga practitioners. From beginner, to advanced, modifications will be offered to step your practice up or down. With focus on proper alignment and breath control, get ready to enjoy a fun class that will leave you stronger, more balanced and feeling good.

 

GENTLE HATHA YOGA

This class incorporates slower flowing pose sequencing, to warm up and improve your alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. It offers a chance to get comfortable in your body while doing yoga. Gentle doesn't mean easy, you choose the level of challenge that serves you in each pose. Hatha yoga classes are designed to align, cleanse, calm your mind and body, and are beneficial to all levels, including beginners.

 

STRETCH30

Who doesn't need more stretching!  STRETCH focuses on flexing and stretching muscles to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.

 

TB MOBILITY

The foundation for living a healthy and independent life, mobility comprises all the skills required for everyday living: physical stamina, strength, balance and range of motion. With great mobility, you're able to move functionally and efficiently with little to no restrictions or difficulty. This class will include dynamic stretching, agility exercises, and myofascial releases, with a goal of improving range of motion.

 

VIBE AND FLOW YOGA

Yoga is essential to maintain an active and fit body. Come and share a yoga vibe with like-minded athletes and yogis. Class combines physical postures and breathing and relaxation techniques, to promote mental and physical well-being. Stretch, breathe, move, flow, relax and have fun! Challenge your body and ease your mind.  All levels are welcome.

 

YIN YOGA

In Yin Yoga we relax our muscles to create space and strength in the joints and ligaments, as well as achieve a deeper stretch within the connective tissue of the muscles. The practice of Yin Yoga will help to increase flexibility, relieve stress, promote better sleep, and aid in the balancing of the body’s energy system for overall better physical, mental, and emotional health. Take this time to rest, rejuvenate, and restore.

 

YOGA FLOW

Improve your flexibility, balance, mental focus and inner calm. Strengthen your joints, back, core, and reduce inflammation and help heal from injury. Class is ideal for students who strive for a holistic, balanced fitness routine. It is based on the principle of integrating the body as a whole and emphasizes the quality of the movement, uniting mind, body and breath. You will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, grounded and relaxed. One of yoga's greatest virtues is its adaptability: props, modifications and alterations will be offered. All are welcome

 

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is the most effortless and enjoyable yoga practice for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation, also known as yogic sleep. During Yoga Nidra your body is completely at rest, you remain fully awake and aware while your mind progressively enters deeper levels of relaxation in Alpha, Theta, and Delta brain wave states, where deep restoration and rejuvenation of your mind and body occur.
