BODY SCULPT

A challenging and dynamic strength and toning conditioning class, targeting the entire body for total muscle fatigue. Possible resistance tools include: weights, bands, exercise balls and body bars.

 

BOOTY & BARRE

The name says it all.  With an emphasis on booty and core, strengthen, tighten and tone in this total body workout.

 

CARDIO SCULPT

The name says it all.  Challenge your heart and shape your bod.  One and done!

 

CORE 30

Rock Hard ABS! This 30-minute express class uses a variety of exercises and tools.  Your abdominal muscles will be hit hard, firming up the transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus.

 

CoreBarre

A series of isometric movements which uses a combination of light resistance, the ballet barre and bodyweight exercises to define and reshape the entire body.

 

LOWER BODY EXPRESS

Increase the strength of your glutes, quad and hamstrings with this lower body focused workout, all in 30 minutes. Exercises will include both resistance and body weight exercises to challenge, tone and strengthen.

 

PILATES

This class incorporates all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, and controlled movement and flexibility, to build a strong, balanced body. A variety of props may be used such as weights, balls, bands, and rings.  Bare feet or sticky socks are preferred.

 

STRENGTH & CORE

Forty minutes of strength, followed by 10 minutes of hardcore abdominal work.

 

STRENGTH and SCULPT

Rev up your metabolism!  The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn - even at rest. Gain strength and change your physique with this one-and-done class.  

 

TB Strength

This total-body workout is a game changer for your physique.  Define, develop and tone with the use of barbells, functional exercises and a variety of other resistance equipment.

 

UPPER BODY EXPRESS

Increase the strength of your shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, and back, with this upper body focused workout, all in 30 minutes! A variety of equipment will be used to challenge, tone and strengthen.

 

YOGA PILATES FUSION

Innovative FUSION workout, combining yoga asanas and Pilates sequences to enhance performance, whether you are an athlete, yogi, or new to exercise. This workout will engage, challenge, and change the way you exercise. Gain strength, sculpt lean muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility, balance, and overall mind-body health.
