BARRE

A barre class like no other, this ballet inspired routine uses the side of the pool as a bar. A low-impact workout that zones in on your core, arms, hips and thighs, with movements that start small and grow larger throughout class.

 

BLEND

This interval based pool class combines cardio and strength challenges, helping to increase metabolism and endurance.

 

HYDO SCULPT

Transform your abs, upper and lower body with the use of specialized sculpting tools that enhance the natural resistance and power of the water.

 

MASHUP

A mix of various dance and cardio moves. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is a challenge, helping you tone your muscles with no impact on your joints.
